Cargo Terminal
The cargo terminal, with an annual turnover of 200 tons, is not limited to just receiving, storing, and handling cargo, and providing commercial information services to passengers handling cargo, but also includes a business center uniting participants in the cargo transportation process into a single logistics system, which reduces order processing time and ensures high service quality.
The cargo terminal operates 24/7, providing a full range of services for handling all categories of cargo. Customs clearance and cargo transfer through Turkmenabat to other Turkmen and international airports are ensured.
The terminal is equipped with modern ground handling equipment, including container and pallet handlers, container tugs, self-propelled belt conveyors, forklifts, racking systems, and weighing equipment.
The cargo terminal has specialized areas for storing valuable and perishable goods. Handling of dangerous goods is carried out by trained and certified specialists according to ICAO and IATA recommendations.
Special handling technologies are used to ensure increased security for valuable cargo. Storage takes place in specially equipped rooms with video surveillance, alarms, fire suppression, temperature and humidity control systems.
